Left Hand Milk Stout
10/10

Yes. A perfect 10. They do exist and this is one of them.

When you pop the top on the nitro can and hear that rush of carbonation hit the atmosphere around you, it’s almost as if it’s whispering to you, “Please allow me to introduce myself. I’m a man of wealth and taste…”

There is no more perfect a beer for the darkest night of the year than this creamy, frothy, milky, dark, foreboding, heavy, brilliant, and wonderful stout that is seasoned with hints of coffee in the most subtle ways.

This beer is sheer paradox. Heavy yet delightfully refreshing. It is complex and delicate.

And just like the winter solstice, the darkest night, this beer hits you first with its heaviness and leaves you with the brightness of the sunrise.

This has been one of my favorite beers for a very long time and don’t see it changing any time soon. It’s easily in my top three favorites.
